A 25% restocking fee applies to any unauthorized returns. No Returns without a Design Toscano authorized return number. In the event you must return an item(s), please contact Aquascape Eco at (862) 362-1444. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment, and customer is responsible for all return freight charges. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
