At Aquascape Eco, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing you’re getting the best price. If you find a lower advertised price elsewhere, let us know! We’ll gladly beat their price by 30% of the difference. Plus, if you spot a lower price within 10 days after your purchase, we’ll refund 130% of the difference.

🔍 Example:

If you buy an item from us for $100 and find it elsewhere for $90, we’ll refund you $13 (130% of the $10 difference).

📩 How to Request a Price Match:

Send an email to support@aquascapeeco.com 

• The competitor’s product URL
• Your Aquascape Eco order number
• A screenshot showing the advertised price and availability

📦 Please Note:

• Items shipped to you with free freight cannot be compared to competitors who charge separate freight or shipping fees.
• Special order items are excluded from this policy.
• If a competitor’s lower price includes handling fees added at checkout, we’ll apply our price match policy as fairly as possible.

✅ Conditions for Price Matching:

• Applies only to identical, in-stock items (same brand, model, and condition).
• Perishable items or items under $35 are not eligible.
• Requests must be submitted before purchase or within 10 days after the purchase date.

❌ Exclusions:

• Brands currently excluded: Aquadyne and Solo Stove.
• Oversized or freight-class items are not eligible.
• No price matching for auction sites (eBay), live fish, or clearance prices.
• Cannot be combined with other offers, loyalty points, or discounts.

📘 Additional Terms:

• "Advertised price" refers to any publicly listed price from a licensed U.S. retailer.
• "Same item" means the exact model in new condition with a valid manufacturer’s warranty.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities at our discretion.
