We accept the following secure payment options. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
All online payments are securely processed through Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
You will receive an email confirmation after a successful payment, including your order summary and receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 hour of placing your order, please contact us at support@aquascapeeco.com.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully completed and verified.
Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable U.S. tax laws.
To protect both our customers and our business, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders flagged by our fraud prevention systems
- Request additional verification if suspicious activity is detected
If you believe there has been an error in billing or you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@aquascapeeco.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
