All orders go through a fulfillment process before shipping. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day processing when possible. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.

Orders are shipped via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar) depending on the supplier, package size, and destination. Oversized items such as pond liners ship via ground freight carrier. The specific carrier is assigned at fulfillment and confirmed in your tracking email.
