Shipping Policy

Aquascape Eco Shipping Policy

Aquascape Eco currently ships orders within the United States. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, taxes, and final order totals are shown before purchase at checkout. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, before transit begins.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Timing

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in the order, destination, and available carrier services. Where the carrier supports both, two delivery speeds are offered.

  • Economy shipping — typically 5-8 business days total, including processing and transit. This is the slower, lower-cost option, and it is the one that can ship free. Eligible orders over $200 ship free by Economy in the contiguous United States.
  • Standard shipping — typically 2-6 business days total, including processing and transit, when available. This is the faster option and it is always a paid service. Choosing Standard on an order that would otherwise qualify for free Economy shipping means paying the Standard rate shown at checkout.

Free shipping applies to Economy only. Pond liners, oversized items, freight items, supplier-restricted items, and orders requiring special handling are excluded from free-shipping offers and are charged at checkout regardless of order value.

Pond Liner Shipping

Pond liner shipping is $49 for any single liner in our current range, from 8' x 10' through 20' x 20'. Liner shipping is rated by total order weight, so an order containing several liners or other heavy items can be higher. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Single pond liner, any current size: $49.
  • Orders with multiple liners or other heavy items: rated by total order weight and shown at checkout.
  • Pond liners are never eligible for free shipping, regardless of order value.
  • Pond liner delivery is typically estimated at 6-12 business days total, including processing and transit.
  • Large or oversized liner orders may require additional freight or handling charges.
  • If extra shipping is needed, Aquascape Eco will contact the customer before shipment to confirm the final shipping cost.

Freight and Oversized Orders

Some pond, lake, liner, filtration, and oversized equipment orders may require truck freight, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, terminal pickup, or other special handling. If extra shipping is needed beyond the amount shown at checkout, Aquascape Eco will contact the customer before shipment to confirm the final shipping cost.

Tracking and Support
