Shipping Policy

Aquascape Eco Shipping Policy

Aquascape Eco currently ships orders within the United States. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, taxes, and final order totals are shown before purchase at checkout. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, before transit begins.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Timing

Standard parcel shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in the order, destination, and available carrier services. Economy orders are typically estimated at 5-8 business days including handling and transit. Standard transit is typically estimated at 2-4 business days after processing when available.

Eligible orders over $200 may qualify for economy shipping in the contiguous United States. Pond liners, oversized items, freight items, supplier-restricted items, and orders requiring special handling may be excluded from free-shipping offers.

Pond Liner Shipping

Shipping charges are based on order size, destination, and carrier rates. For pond liners, we charge $0.15 per square foot with a $49 minimum shipping fee. The store formula is: shipping_cost = max(49, pond_liner_square_feet * 0.15).

  • Pond liner shipping rate: $0.15 per square foot.
  • Minimum pond liner shipping charge: $49.
  • Large or oversized liner orders may require additional freight or handling charges.
  • If extra shipping is needed, Aquascape Eco will contact the customer before shipment to confirm the final shipping cost.

Freight and Oversized Orders

Some pond, lake, liner, filtration, and oversized equipment orders may require truck freight, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, terminal pickup, or other special handling. If extra shipping is needed beyond the amount shown at checkout, Aquascape Eco will contact the customer before shipment to confirm the final shipping cost.

Tracking and Support
