Pro Partner approval

Pro Partner access is reviewed case by case. Approval is not automatic wholesale pricing, and account terms may depend on project type, order history, supplier rules, and the information submitted.

Freight

Large-item shipping

Filters, basins, liners, pumps, and other bulky items may require freight review. Liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, appointment, inside delivery, or remote-area charges may apply.

Quotes

Timing and validity

Most project requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days. Complex freight, supplier availability, or special-order questions can take longer. Freight quotes and availability can change until the order is placed.

Project package pricing

Package pricing may be available for qualifying multi-item orders, but discounts are not automatic, cannot always combine with promotions, and may be limited by MAP or vendor requirements.
