EasyPro Skid Mount Filtration System, 3600 Gallons - SMF3600
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The SMF3600 is the whole filtration system on one skid. Bead filter, pump and UV clarifier arrive plumbed together and pre-assembled. You connect two 1½" lines and plug it in. That is the install.
It is rated for ponds up to 3,600 gallons. That rating assumes a normal fish load, so if you keep koi and stock them heavily, step up to the SMF6000 instead.
What is on the skid
- PBF3600 pressurized bead filter, polyethylene body with a six-position control head, so backwashing is a lever pull instead of a teardown
- EXP5500 external self-priming pump, 350 watts, 3.06 amps
- PCU35W UV clarifier, 35 watts
- 1.5 cubic feet of Ultimate Tube media
- Valved bypass around the filter, and unions at every connection so a component can come out later without cutting pipe
- 15 foot power cord with electrical post and outlet

Before you order
This ships by motor freight on a pallet. You need somewhere a truck can get to and a second set of hands to move it. Work out where the skid will sit before it arrives: level ground, near the pond, within reach of power.
